Confession: I used to roll out of bed like a cartoon character – no caffeine needed. Then parenthood happened. Sleepless nights turned me into a coffee convert overnight. Living in Brooklyn spoiled me – I went from gas station sludge to obsessing over tasting notes, investing in a pro-grade grinder, and becoming that guy who brings his own beans to brunch.
When Tony from Denim approached me for this collab, I said yes on one condition: the coffee had to slap. We landed on a fruity-but-rich Ethiopia roast that pairs perfectly with Saturday morning cartoons and cereal.
